Upgrading the builder–grade kitchen.

A lot of Officer homes are recent enough that the kitchen still works — but builder–grade is exactly that. Standard–size cabinets, a modest island or none at all, basic hardware and a builder–allowance benchtop. We upgrade these with custom cabinetry, a compliant stone benchtop, soft–close hardware and a properly sized island. Because the homes are newer, the plumbing and power are usually sound, so the budget goes into quality and finish rather than fixing old services.

New builds and knock–down–rebuilds.

Officer has strong knock–down–rebuild and new–build activity in estates like Arena and Timbertop. We work with owners and builders to deliver the kitchen as part of the project — coordinating with the build program so the cabinetry, benchtop, splashback and appliance fit–off land on schedule and well above the standard builder spec.
